Eligible African countries are: Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Côte d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
More than a year later and nothing has changed. Countless requests through the right channels have been made for class upgrades but as always, they fall on deaf ears or “gvt doesn’t have money”. It’s bad during winter and rainy season because kids don’t come to school.
