Freshman year at Bishop Gorman Varsity Softball… 💙🧡🥎🧡💙- Best Highlights

Making varsity as a freshman at Bishop Gorman is one thing — earning meaningful innings and contributing throughout the season is another. I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity to compete at the varsity level this year and grow both as a player and teammate against some of the best competition in Nevada 5A. In addition, I maintained above a 4.0 GPA with a couple of honor classes.

This season challenged me in so many ways and helped me grow mentally, physically, and emotionally. I spent most of my time at 2nd base, while also contributing at catcher, shortstop, and right field. I’m grateful for every inning, every lesson, and every opportunity I was given this season.

A huge thank you to all of the seniors for leading the way this year. Your leadership, support, and energy made such an impact on this team, and I’m going to miss you all so much next season. Thank you for setting the standard and creating memories I’ll never forget.

I’m also thankful for all of the underclassmen and the friendships we built throughout the season. I’m excited for the future of this program and looking forward to continuing to grow and compete together.

The biggest growth this year wasn’t just statistical — it was learning mental toughness, confidence, and how to compete every single day at the varsity level as a freshman. Excited to keep building and working.
