My Roblox account with over 3 million robux in limiteds was stolen, and support won't help.

@Roblox I spent lots of time building my account (nnazo_o). Many hours and my own hard-earned money spent, with 2FA enabled. Last Friday, a bad actor compromised and reset my email and 2FA, renamed the account, and drained everything. The account was then terminated for actions the bad actor took while I was locked out.

Roblox support restored my original username, acknowledging the compromise, yet the account remains banned, and both of my appeals were denied with no explanation. No response about my stolen items either. I'm being punished for being a victim.

I also recommend Roblox lock trading capabilities for an extended period of time when 2FA is reset on an account. This will protect many other innocent people from being stolen from in the future.
