Splash won the DeFi & Payments track at Sui Overflow 2026 🏆 — Top 4.

What we submitted: B2B settlement for Southeast Asia, built on @SuiNetwork and designed to scale globally. USD/USDC in, fiat out, with cryptographic receipts anchored on-chain. Omnibus treasury loading.

The chain is the settlement layer, not the product. Businesses never see or touch a token, no gas, no seed phrases, no crypto UX. Just payments that prove themselves.

Built with Move, @WalrusProtocol, Seal, and zkLogin.

Settle → Save → Supply. Payments are the wedge; this is loop one.

Phase 1 of 5 : long road ahead, and the next mile is turning testnet proof into live corridors.

Congrats to @taliseio and every team that shipped — and thank you to the judges, the Sui Foundation, @suidevelopers, @SuiCommunity, and @SuiCommunity_MY. This ecosystem builds.

Thank you SEAblings @SuiCommunity_ID & @SuiCommunity_PH

Let’s learn about Splash | Account Network. 🌊🌊🌊 build on @SuiNetwork

[SkyFH | @7Skyyy__]

Spent the last month building something most people would call boring: B2B account network for cross-border payments in Southeast Asia.

@justusesplash Not a token. Not a DEX. Invoices and suppliers.

Here's why and why we built it on Sui with my Engineer @sebestdebest 🧵

@suidevelopers @SuiNetwork @SuiCommunity_MY @Mysten_Labs @WalrusProtocol @PythNetwork #suioverflow #offshore #payments

[Splashz | Payment Network @paymentnetwork_]

Our Founders & CEO @7Skyyy__ explain what is Splash and why this Boring Infrastructure will bring @SuiNetwork grows.

Sui needs a non speculative real world money flow transaction to onboard institution & business to scale even further.

@WalrusProtocol @suidevelopers @web3

[SkyFH | @7Skyyy__]

Most B2B payments to Southeast Asia take 3–5 days and lose up to 6% and the payment is the easy part. The invoice, approvals, and audit trail still live in email and spreadsheets.

We built Splash on @SuiNetwork to delete that whole job.

Invoice → approve → pay → prove. One loop. Live demo, full Move code walkthrough, and an honest chapter on licensing : 15 min :

@7Skyyy__ @SuiNetwork 🌊🌊

[SkyFH | @7Skyyy__]

@SuiNetwork does not need another wallet.

It does not need another DEX, aggregator, lending vault, or copy of a product that already exists elsewhere.

Sui already has strong infrastructure, trading venues and DeFi protocols.

What the ecosystem needs next is more liquidity, more real economic activity and more businesses using Sui without requiring those businesses to understand crypto first.

That is what we are building with Splash.

Our submission for #SuiOverflow2026 🌊
@justusesplash

Splash is a cross-border payment and business account network designed to connect Web2 and Web3 businesses, institutions and regulated financial workflows with Sui.

A business should be able to:

→ Choose a beneficiary
→ Fund with USD or USDC
→ Review the complete quote
→ Create a Payment Intent
→ Approve the transaction
→ Settle on Sui
→ Deliver local currency
→ Produce verifiable proof through Walrus

Every transfer becomes a programmable Payment Intent.
CREATE
Define the recipient, funding route and quote.
SETTLE
Confirm funding, require human authorization and settle atomically on Sui.
PROVE
Generate a verifiable receipt, Sui transaction record and durable Walrus audit evidence.

Then there is 0xWal.
Through MemWal, 0xWal can recall safe operating patterns from completed workflows such as recurring corridors, batch sizes, timing and approval preferences.
It can analyse, explain and prepare the next likely action.
But it cannot move funds autonomously.

**0xWal prepares.
You approve.**

Splash also includes Smart Treasury.
Businesses should not have to choose between keeping liquidity available for payouts and leaving excess balances completely idle.

Smart Treasury is designed to help businesses:
→ Forecast upcoming payout obligations
→ Maintain sufficient operational liquidity
→ Identify excess USD or USDC balances
→ Model variable, T-bill-backed treasury opportunities
→ Prepare treasury actions for human approval
→ Move funds back into payout liquidity when needed

0xWal can recommend a treasury posture based on upcoming payments, recurring obligations and available liquidity.
But again, it only recommends and prepares.

The business approves every action.

No autonomous movement of funds.
No fixed-yield promises.
No black-box treasury decisions.

Jupiter helped bring enormous liquidity, users and activity into the Solana ecosystem by becoming an essential gateway.

Splash is not trying to become another Jupiter-style DEX or aggregator on Sui. Sui already has that infrastructure.

Our ambition is to become a gateway for a different source of liquidity:
→ Exporters
→ Marketplaces
→ Payroll operators
→ Payment companies
→ Institutions
→ Web2 businesses entering onchain finance

You can call it a “Halal Jupiter” in spirit, not because we are copying Jupiter’s product, but because we share the bigger objective:

Bring users.
Bring liquidity.
Bring real economic activity into the ecosystem.

Instead of asking Web2 businesses to become crypto-native, Splash brings the advantages of Sui to the workflows they already understand:

Payments.
Treasury.
Approvals.
Receipts.
Audit evidence.

A lot of the engineering behind Splash has been built together with my engineer, Sebastian, @sebestdebest.

This video is an early look at what we are building for Sui Overflow 2026.

Still early. Still building. But the direction is clear.

Move money.
Keep liquidity productive.
Build memory.
Keep control.
This is Splash.

Receipts normally disappear after payment.

Splash turns every receipt into financial memory what was paid, when and why, stored on Walrus and connected to the transaction on Sui.

Better records today. Smarter treasury tomorrow. 🌊@suinetwork #suioverflow #usdc @WalrusProtocol
