INGREDIENTS

▫️ handful of fresh mint leaves
▫️ juice of 1 lemon
▫️ juice of 1 orange
▫️ 1 liter of water
▫️ 3 tbsp. honey

PREPARATION
Pour the water into a deep metal bowl and heat on the stove.
Add the washed mint leaves to the water and boil them on low heat for 5 minutes.
Take the water off the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Add the juice of 1 lemon, juice of 1 orange and honey to the water and mix well.
Strain the drink through a strainer. The healing remedy is ready for use!

This tasty drink helps with any poisoning, has a good effect on the gastrointestinal tract. Perfectly quenches thirst in the heat! It is enough to take 1 glass of this mint drink a day, in order to start the cleansing processes in the liver.
