यह सीधा चैलेंज राजस्थान विधानसभा की कुर्सियों पर बैठे सभी 200 विधायकों के लिए है! चाहे आप सत्ता पक्ष के हों या विपक्ष के, कांग्रेस के हों या बीजेपी के—आप सबने मिलकर राजस्थान के लाखों थर्ड ग्रेड शिक्षकों के साथ जो भद्दा मजाक किया है, उसका हिसाब लेने का समय आ चुका है।
हमारा किसी एक विधायक या किसी एक पार्टी से कोई निजी मतलब नहीं है। हमारा मुकाबला इस पूरे सिस्टम और राजस्थान के उन सभी 200 जनप्रतिनिधियों से है जो चुनाव आते ही हमारे पैरों में गिर जाते हैं, और जीतते ही विधानसभा में गूंगे-बहरे बन जाते हैं।
राजस्थान के हर एक विधायक को-तुम में से किसी एक में इतनी हिम्मत क्यों नहीं है जो विधानसभा के पटल पर खड़े होकर मुख्यमंत्री और शिक्षा मंत्री से पूछ सके कि थर्ड ग्रेड शिक्षकों का ट्रांसफर क्यों नहीं हो रहा? क्यों हर बार सिर्फ आश्वासन की घुट्टी पिलाई जाती है?
जब शिक्षा विभाग के ही सेकंड ग्रेड शिक्षकों के ट्रांसफर संभाग से बाहर धड़ाधड़ हो सकते हैं, जब अन्य विभागों में मंत्रियों की पर्चियों पर ट्रांसफर हो सकते हैं, तो क्या थर्ड ग्रेड शिक्षकों ने कोई गुनाह किया है? उनके लिए ही 'पॉलिसी' का ढोंग क्यों रचा जाता है? गहलोत सरकार ने भी धोखा दिया और आज भजनलाल सरकार के विधायक भी मुंह पर पट्टी बांधकर बैठे हैं।
सुन लो राजस्थान के 200 विधायकों! हम तुम्हें चुनौती देते हैं। अब तुम्हारी मीठी-मीठी बातों का दौर खत्म हो चुका है। हमें तुम्हारी खोखली 'पॉलिसी' नहीं, धरातल पर सिर्फ 'ट्रांसफर' चाहिए।
अब जब भी तुम लोग अपनी बड़ी-बड़ी गाड़ियों में बैठकर हमारे गांव, हमारी ढाणी और हमारे शहरों में पैर रखोगे, तो हमारा एक ही सवाल होगा—'जब तुम हमारे हक के लिए जयपुर में मुंह नहीं खोल सकते, तो हमारे वोट की भीख मांगने यहां क्यों आए हो?'
पूरे राजस्थान के थर्ड ग्रेड शिक्षक एकजुट हो चुके हैं। इस बार लड़ाई आर-पार की होगी। याद रखना—अगर हमारा ट्रांसफर नहीं, तो तुम्हारा विधानसभा में दोबारा प्रवेश नहीं

The frequent misalignment between token design and real product innovation.
