@wowairsupport Please act in the best interest of your customers. A couple of months ago, I made a mistake by adding a luggage for my son that we did not need. I called to cancel and was told that I could not. This practice will prevent me from booking with WOW air in the future

@Bell As a Canadian I am sad that Brands like Bell rely on aggressive sales tactics and do not act in the best interest of their customer. Yes - I am still a Bell Mobility customer. Agent EZ24868 did not think Bell did anything wrong. #Blaikkirby #georgecope #johnwatson .....

@Bell The sad part was that after cancelling Bell's service same day for bait and switch reasons, they charged me $100, told me they would cancel charge twice, then sent me to collections & accused me of not reading the email I never received #georgecope #johnwatson .....

@Bell Please beware of the rampant bait and switch tactics employed by your agents. I recently got a TV and Internet package that I was told would be cheaper with the channels that I wanted. Only to find out that it was $50 more/month after install. #georgecope #johnwatson .....
