@anandmahindra , Why EV vehicles always come with single battery ? Instead of having one large battery, why can't we have two small battery say 40KW x 2 , if one is discharged we can switch to other, that way the range anxiety can be reduced. good to swap the battery if empty ?

Now nitesh estate employs another technique to evade compensation to buyers. They are transferring the stuck projects into another company and asking for change of name in the courts where there are complaints and declare the new company as bankrupt

Nitesh estate of Bangalore which does organized cheating. Most of the project get stuck after collecting 95pc money !! Who gave this idea to the CEO of this company ? Possibly an economic wizard , known as father of GST in India ? Shame to give him Padma award

@MBPatil Sir could you look into the fraud done by Nitesh estate. NE want to escape from compensation for the delay to its customers, they transfer the projects to another shell company and change their name to another company saying they don't have money for compensation.

@BZZameerAhmedK sir we are buyers of Nitesh Cape cod proj bellandur, Nitesh has cheated 1000s of buyers. Booked flat in 2011, they stopped construction, influencing rera to transfer the project to some other builder and forcing us to sign the terms without any compensation

This is for Nitesh Urban developmebt limited, ncdrc has approved change of opposite party from NUDPL to marathali ventures and they will file for bankruptcy and escape from liability. These are all planned. Nitesh management is getting their salary without any issue
