If Annex Mall’s fire fighting system was fully functional and certified as “OK” in Form-B dated 18.01.2026, then why did Mumbai Fire Brigade subsequently direct disconnection of electricity, declaring the building unsafe from a fire safety point of view after a major fire incident?

How was a Fire NOC granted to commercial establishments operating in the premises despite serious fire safety violations and non-compliance notices? The public deserves answers. Shocking visuals from Borivali Annex Mall fire raise serious questions on public safety, illegal storage, fire compliance and negligence.
If eyewitness accounts about cylinders, combustible materials and operational restaurants inside the premises are true, then immediate criminal investigation is required.

Why did the authorities fail to prevent such a dangerous situation before a major tragedy occurred?
How were health trade licences, fire NOC and operational permissions granted or renewed?
Who conducted inspections and whether mandatory fire safety norms were actually verified?

A high-level fire safety audit of all malls, restaurants and commercial establishments in Mumbai must be conducted immediately.

Deeply disappointed with the arbitrary refusal of genuine UK visitor visas under Paragraph V 4.2(a) & (c) without properly appreciating applicants’ family, financial and social ties. Even after providing clarifications, applicants are simply advised to “apply again” while visa fees, VFS charges and related expenses are retained without refund.

My application GWF087948427 was for a short family visit only, with strong roots in India including wife, children, mother and debt-free properties. Genuine travellers deserve transparency, fairness and accountability in the visa assessment process.

Requesting @UKinIndia @UKVisasImmig @foreignoffice @VFSGlobal @10DowningStreet @GOVUK @ukhomeoffice @UKVIgovuk and concerned authorities to review such practices and ensure fair treatment of Indian applicants.

Contesting Challan MUMCC26001148470 at Indian Oil Junction (South Bound Lane C). A ₹2000 fine for 68 km/h in a 60 km/h zone is excessive given the lack of clear, visible speed signage at this specific location.
This automated system appears to target only the general public, while government vehicles and VIPs often seem exempt from the same digital scrutiny. Road safety laws should be applied uniformly to all vehicles, regardless of status. Under DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR), Section 3 Series M Part IV, passengers are entitled to a FULL REFUND for involuntary schedule changes of this magnitude.

Forcing passengers into an overnight transit requiring visa & hotel costs is unacceptable and violates international aviation passenger protection norms.
