My piano teacher used to tell me to "get it right the first time".
That phrase was above my door handle, and I read it every day before leaving the house.
I try to do this with code. To do things "right" as best I know how at the time.
I must say I was blown away by Oxc after running Oxlint for the first time yesterday. The claims they make are bold and sounded unrealistic, but they aren’t exaggerating about how fast it is.
Where ESLint took 4 minutes to run for a codebase, Oxlint took 0.5ms.
There has not been a better time to be building with JS/TS!
