@coopuk re order 4881667 - the delivery was apparently out for delivery and then cancelled last night with no warning or explanation. And then just an email this morning to say ‘ just to let you know, your delivery has been cancelled’. Why? No reply to 2 contact forms

@sainsburys hi! V disappointed as I ordered 7 items of fresh fruit (some duplicates) and none of them in stock so absolutely no fresh fruit in my order- that’s really poor. I didn’t want subs but I wasn’t ordering anything unusual ☹️

@NatWest_Help very disappointed today. My 85yr old mum wanted to open an additional account. Went to Romford branch and told we can’t do it there. Online or by phone only. My mum doesn’t have online banking and is hard of hearing. No help for her at all 🤬

@coopuk nice one! My elderly disabled mum orders a delivery. Nothing turns up. Customer service useless. You took the money quick enough and didn’t show. Bet you’re so proud of how you help vulnerable customers
