Its a very serious issue: u r still giving tickets for the train which is not running and you want me to run piller n post to get Rs200 refund. plz keep it but update the system not to show up in reservation.

Train 51034 vanished in thin air passengers are waiting at the pune station. There is no information about it. Can someone help?

Do you have any idea how strstrssfull it is to wait for a train for 4 hours and later not even know what happened with it and do other arrangements at the last moment.

Station official at Pune say it was on right time but clubbed wid 51028 so I missed it.
@sureshpprabhu @IRCTCofficial please let me know who is lying and what action is taken.

And why station incharge says it is clubbed with train 51028 so I people got confused not seeing the number as in ticket.

Focus on the different info I am getting.
- u say - it was cancelled
- station says it was clubbed with 51028

I don't have any problems with my journey I want permanent solution for other ans proper action.

If cancelled I need refund for me ad all the passengers and an apology message.
If clubbed with other train I want station to display the message and special announcement before the train arrivals.
And further action on station management.
