It is bad when an experience with one online chair seller is so frustrating & patience trying regarding returning the purchase that it makes you swear off ever buying any chair online sight unseen!

I swear customer service at 2 companies I have interacted with in the past week must be using AI. A real human can not be that dense and avoid answering a direct question asked by a customer of the company who has an issue with their product.
If you buy any sort of office chair that comes in a box & you have to assemble it make sure that you have access to a 14" pipe wrench and a 2 or 3' piece of pipe. You will need the wrench to remove the piston from the chair if you want to send the chair back. The pipe acts as a breaker bar to get the piston out of the chair seat. A 4lb dead blow mallet and a scrap piece of wood is also preferred to get the piston out of the base of the legs.
@cybercpu I was always saying to myself. Sure AI can write code but is it maintainable by a human? You would always have to ask the AI to modify it so you would be a prisoner to the AI.
If one AI wrote a shitload of code and that AI folded could another AI understand it & maintain it?
@pld73 All AI is like that even when it is not a coding issue. They continue to tell u to fix something a certain way when u as a human knows dam well that is not going to work.
Bought a @Flexispot C7B-F1-CA and will be sending it back after using the chair for 2 days.
The padding in the seat is minimal, and I can not see it lasting. Hate arm rests that you can not lock their lateral movement. I can not adjust the head rest to my liking.
I just dread trying to pack all the parts back into this box.
My god MS Copilot is utterly useless and has wasted an hr of my time with something that I knew 45 minutes ago was not going to work. I had to explain to CoPilot using simple geometry why its solution it was pushing at me for 45 mins was an impossibility
I do not know what the hell is going on with @aliexpress_en, but I have done more disputes in the last 2 months than I have done in the last 5 years due to misrepresentation of the products.
