@Jakedoinstuff@CuriousBunnie12 Good grief, I thought I had most people beat by being the one who had to tell my mom my grandpa/her dad had died. You have me beat out of the gate. ๐ข
@cactuspower1234@NotEpimethean@CuriousBunnie12 Same. Great grandparents had all died before I was born (one before my dad was born). First grandparent died at 18, last at 28. Two in the middle were two weeks apart.
@hoeflingerMD @TheJoeySwoll My dad was a doctor for many years (still teaching when he passed away suddenly last July) packed a lunch almost everyday. The only exceptions were days when there was a lunch meeting.
@adamfare1996 I kept a few of mine after a hysterectomy just in case. (Most were donated to the local food pantry that does give those and diapers out as well.) No reason not to.
@KFILE I remember Cookie Monster occasionally encouraging healthy eating (once prompted by the grownups), but this is just wrong. He should have his own cookies!
@HankAzaria Oh goodness, core memory unlocked. I went to it with a high school friend (maybe exactly 27 years ago). He asked me to see it with him, so I did; I have no clue if he had a crush on me.
@SadCringeGuy Same, but I ate there so much as a grad student many years ago that itโs not high on my places to eat at now. (It was the most consistent place at the Student Union and always seemed to be made when ordered, which helped a lot.)
