@TUIUK absolutely disgusted with the service from TUI today. Booked a holiday to Florida in 2023 to depart in July 2024. In June 2024 my eldest daughter was diagnosed with cancer and had to have chemotherapy. TUI happily changed the package holiday to July this year at a

I've escalated this as far as I can to be told they can't do anything. Absolutely shocking service. Don't use TUI they have no sympathy at all.

alteration fee which I paid. I was told to ring back in May 2025 to re add the car hire as they couldn't see availability in June 2024. Now TUI have told me I have to pay £1000 to have a car on the holiday despite it already being on the initial package.

@kittycat542 I lost my Dad just over 12 months ago. Today would have been his 72nd birthday. Not a day went by where I didn't talk to or see him. Somehow you adapt to living without them, they're never gone, as long as you remember and talk about them, they're still with you.
