@gwrhelp The 21:00 from BTM to Paddington was cancelled. The next (last) train due at 22:28 departed at 22:39 and only had 5 carriages. There was no warning of this for passengers waiting for this service. Shambles.

@GWRHelp once again the carriage layout displayed on the platform bears little resemblance of the layout of the train that actually arrived (22:41 from Bath to Padd- carriages A to E). I really would appreciate an explanation of why this is so difficult for you to get right.

@GWRHelp The carriage layout of the 21:00 from BTM to Paddington is the complete opposite of what is displayed in the app. Great fun if you have seats booked in carriage A. I really struggle to understand why it is so difficult to get things like this right.

@GWRHelp only 5 coaches on the 22:02 from Paddington to Bristol Parkway and then you have the audacity to announce that anybody who is standing can pay an extra £20 for a seat in one of the first class carriages. Outrageous.

@GWRHelp your web site is showing the last service from London Paddington to Swindon on Tuesday December 9th as departing at 22:46. Is this correct ? Normally there is a later service (23:32).
