@thameswater yet again many of us on Clova Road and Earlham Grove (and the Mews off Sprowston) in E7 have super low water pressure. It's "ok" until about 6am each day then drops for all the surrounding streets. Much worse than ever before now. Reported this a few times now.

@AsdaServiceTeam for returns do you really not refund Apple pay purchases to the card and only issue store gift cards? Your leytonstonne store refused to refund to the contactless Apple payment method we had used to purchase items.

@AsdaServiceTeam But I had my original tender type. I had the credit card that Apple Pay uses with me. There was another lady in the same store being told books could not be returned!

@AsdaServiceTeam Where does it say that on that web page? I can't seem to find it. Apple Pay is the same as using my HSBC Credit Card. Other stores can refund to it successfully.

@nationalexpress I've been waiting two weeks now for someone to call back to issue refund for tickets we had to cancel. This doesn't seem acceptable. It seems you cannot refund easily if customers pay with Apple Pay or PayPal?

@pandocruises following up on this for others based on DM discussion. P@O cruises no longer makes accommodations for children with disabilities such as autism. Their only guidance now is to arrive after 3pm which doesn't work for those who need to arrive early.

@pandocruises we are disappointed to hear P&O doesn't allow for special needs children to board early anymore in order to get settled in prior to crowds. Is this a new Carnival group policy all up?
