@reliancejio Jio fibre is not working in our society for more then 72 hours now. No one answering.

Also Jio cell phone network issue in our society. No one entertaining complaint.

Now again got new deadline from jio. Now it’s 4.15 pm to resolve services. After taking money this is the position of customer. Every time new deadlines since last 3 days.

sir, we have filled DIR 6, which is approved still data is not update on site, hence we cant register DSC. calling call center from 10 days they say raise grievance, while trying to raise Grievance it gives error. so what is solution ?
