@nectar I'm yet another victim of #Nectar#points fraud and your customer service team either don’t care or are too inept to ever resolve my case. What are you doing to improve security?
Placed home move order with @bt_uk 3+ weeks ago to ensure minimal disruption when moving house. Still awaiting connection - BT happy to blame on @WeAreOpenreach having to perform external works but my daily call to BT just results in the response that OpenReach are working on it.
@bt_uk I speak to them almost daily for updates which have the recurring theme that it’s with @WeAreOpenreach - root cause of the delay is never addressed and BT, as I’m repeatedly told, can do nothing until the infrastructure is in place
