ସ୍ଵସ୍ଥି ଗ୍ରାଣ୍ଡ, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରେ ଜଏଣ୍ଟ କୋ-ଅର୍ଡିନେସନ କାଉନସିଲର ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସଭା ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ

ଆଜି ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରସ୍ଥିତ ହୋଟେଲ ସ୍ଵସ୍ଥି ଗ୍ରାଣ୍ଡରେ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ରାଜ ଓ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ବିଭାଗ, ଯୋଗାଣ ବିଭାଗ, ମଙ୍ଗଳ ବିଭାଗ ଏବଂ ସମାଜ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଓ ଭିନ୍ନକ୍ଷମ ସଶକ୍ତିକରଣ ବିଭାଗର ଚାରିଟି କ୍ୟାଡର (GPDO, Supply Inspector, WEO ଓ BSSO)ର ମିଳିତ ଜଏଣ୍ଟ କୋ-ଅର୍ଡିନେସନ କାଉନସିଲର ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସଭା ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା।

ସଭାକୁ ଶ୍ରୀ ଶୋମେଶ୍ୱର ବେହେରା, ସପ୍ଲାଏ ଇନ୍ସପେକ୍ଟର, ବରିଗୁମା ବ୍ଲକ (କୋରାପୁଟ) ପରିଚାଳନା କରିଥିଲେ।

ସଭାର ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭରେ ଶ୍ରୀ ଗୋରାଙ୍କୁମାର କୁମାର, BSSO, ଟାଙ୍ଗୀ ବ୍ଲକ (କଟକ) ମନୋନୀତ ସଦସ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତରୀୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରି ସ୍ୱାଗତ ଜଣାଇବା ସହ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପରିଚୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ।

ସଭାରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅତିଥି ଭାବେ ଯୋଗଦେଇ ଶ୍ରୀ ଜ୍ଞାନେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମିଶ୍ର, ଯୋଗାଣ ବିଭାଗ ସଂଘର ସଭାପତି, ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଯୋଗାଣ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଏବଂ ଶ୍ରୀ ଦୀପ୍ତିରଞ୍ଜନ ଇନ୍ଦ୍ରସିଂ, ସାଧାରଣ ସମ୍ପାଦକ, ସଭାର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ଓ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଉଦ୍ବୋଧନ ଦେଇଥିଲେ।

* ଏଣ୍ଟ୍ରି ଲେଭେଲ ପେ'କୁ ଲେଭେଲ–୧୦ କରାଯିବା।

* ବ୍ଲକ ଡେଭଲପମେଣ୍ଟ ଅଫିସର (BDO) ପଦବୀକୁ OPSC ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ୫୦% ପଦୋନ୍ନତି ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା।

* ସମସ୍ତ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ବୀମା (Health Insurance) ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା।

* Extension Officersମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସହାୟକ କର୍ମଚାରୀ (Supporting Staff) ନିଯୁକ୍ତି।

* ଫିଲ୍ଡ ଭିଜିଟ ପାଇଁ ପରିବହନ ଭତ୍ତା/ଯାତାୟାତ ସୁବିଧା ପ୍ରଦାନ।

So this is what Odisha took the decision yesterday:

Scaling down infrastructure, expanding quotas.

1. Scrapped Bhubaneswar Metro project: While other states push ahead with mass rapid transit, Odisha takes a step back.

2. Increased reservation in medical and technical education:
ST : 12% to 22.50%
SC : 8% to 16.25%
OBC : 11.25%

A clear shift in priorities.
