@BOH_Wrist@SegunPeter51309@jay_mikee When I said bad religious peopleI actually meant Christian, Muslim or traditional worshippers. However, I'm glad that he acknowledged that even "Isese movies" also had good and bad traditionalists.
Tbh, I don't blame traditionalists that are judging the movie. It's their belief.
@SegunPeter51309@BOH_Wrist@jay_mikee By the way, there were so many Yoruba movies in the 90s that portrayed bad religious people or talked about conversion from one religion to another, including Muslims, traditional worshippers, Christians (particularly white garment churches).
@SegunPeter51309@BOH_Wrist@jay_mikee At the time these movies were done, Nigeria was not divided as it is now. Also, they are Yoruba movies, so not the business of Northerners who fight for their religion.
@BOH_Wrist@jay_mikee The Yoruba Bible refers to Satan as Esu, so any Yoruba movie about Satan will say Esu.
However, the Esu worshippers claim that their God is not Satan. That's fine Take it as homophone.
@Nigeriangod_ However, there are most likely more women on this end of the stick.
Also, it might be different in non-Christian settings.
In olding days Naija Christianity, divorced men were also ostracised, and any woman that married them was judged.
@Nigeriangod_ I actually grew up hearing both ends. They tell Christian men and women that God hates divorce. One of my dad's friends has been in a bad marriage for as long as I can remember, and they've always told him to endure because a Christian can't divorce.
@Mimiiben1 I noticed from comments that some people don't know what to do.
The square root of 49 is 7.
The square root of 81 is 9, and that of 9 is 3.
The square root of 4 is 2.
So the simplified equation is
7 + 3 = 10
10/2 = 5.
1. A husband will try his best but some needs are outside his scope of expenditure as a husband eg. You want to send money to your siblings or parents.
2. With the economic realities today, a husband will probably not cover 100% as you’d like. It’s nice to be able to upgrade whatever he gives you to your own taste.
3. It’s not the best to have to wait for your husband for every simple and small need eg sanitary pads, seasoning etc. Your own income can easily address these.
4. You are a human being with dreams and aspirations too. There’s nothing wrong with you making and spending your own money too, and as you desire.
5. In the event of a downtime, it’s nice to be a wife who can support a husband.
6. The last thing you want is to have a misunderstanding in the marriage (which will happen) and then need money from him. Unfortunately, many husbands even use this to manipulate and dare I say it….punish.
7. Nobody knows tomorrow….
Yesterday in Uyo, we shared a beautiful time of fellowship at the Prayer Summit with the State Government.
It was another reminder that prayer is the driving force that shapes and culture.
The journey didn’t end yesterday, we gathered for URGENT 2 HOURS, Uyo.

@Gosleepriya 6 + 8 = 14
14 + 16 = 30
30 + 32 = 62
62 + 64 = 126
126 + 128 = 254
Or you could ×2 each number and +2 to get the next number in the pattern.

@notjustjenni@kunle_kenny Patriarchy is the reason for female oppression from generations past. Not everyone that oppresses women hate women, they just think that's their place.
