I'll be speaking about the development of https://t.co/GfIRnQLGnJ - my port of the Arculator Archimedes emulator to WebAssembly - next Monday 15th May at @rougol
You can watch online or if you're in London join in person - more at https://t.co/1kiUqVMIba
Try out the original ARM OS, Arthur, on an emulated Acorn Archimedes A310, running in your browser!

Click the floppy icon to browse the Archimedes Welcome Disc and try out some of the apps designed to show off the blazing-fast 8Mhz ARM2 RISC CPU.
@AbbeyCatUK@DominicPajak The Archimedes World cover discs were great! I'd love to get all the Acorn magazine cover discs available to browse and load on Archimedes Live.
@AcornThings Good to see it runs in Safari! It's the one browser I'm not able to test on. Please report any bugs you find, especially with mouse/keyboard/sound/fullscreen.
And yes Arthur is fun - very unpolished but it boots even quicker than RISC OS 2!
@sassquad@DominicPajak Yeah, the disc picker is a bit broken at the moment. I've got an improved software browser dialog with search / categories nearly finished and hope to get it live very soon
I love the ambiguous reading of this headline that suggests there are in fact *several* NASA spacecraft queuing up to take this asteroid out.
Like JWST has gone rogue and can't wait to smash the shit out of this thing.

@_tmap @wdormann@taviso@P4wnP1@noxrnet I really enjoyed that research, but we ran out of time looking into the USB driver stuff and never properly looked at what all the CoInstallers were doing
