@lindsayschwim is @hopper still in business or is it a fatality of #COVID19? We are seeing reports of people waiting 8 months with no response from hopper support and it looks like radio silence from the whole company with the app being semi-functional.

@hopper we contacted you a month ago about our canceled flight and you never responded. The airline is now rebooking the flight that we no longer need. We don't want to be charged $600 for a flight we cannot use just because @hopper forgot what customer service is.
