Prostate world- can’t emphasize enough how great this platform is.

They provide a case right before they hit record and people get to hear on the fly how I and others think about the case unscripted and unprompted.

I was given a high risk patient (sort of) and discuss my views on risk stratification, importance of multiD care, management of high risk dz and how to view data through lens of MRI and now PSMA staging, views on STAMPEDE and shout out to POPRT, Decipher, brachy boost, spacer gels, etc. A lens into my brain for better or worse.

I spoke with a solo family physician at a conference recently who said he tried to negotiate with UHC for a higher reimbursement and in response, they simply dropped him from their network. @UHC actively works to limit patient access to primary care.

I'm deeply concerned about the stockouts in India of medications to treat multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. Patients without meds are likely to develop further resistance, threatening us all. They're also likely to needlessly die of TB. Worrisome report:
