Woman:
Someone who once had, or who presently has the sex/anatomy that makes large gametes, unless prevented by injury, disease or developmental disruption.
This what we feared would happen. The police were told to junk NCHIs. So they went for full fat actual crimes instead. No trial. No opportunity for you to challenge. This is what will be sent out on a DBS check.
Victims of conversion practices are already protected under existing laws. Trans activists have lost public support, & they have lost in the courts. So now, through this bill, they are aiming to simply silence dissent and enforce compliance through the threat of criminalisation.
My role was to explain that the Conversion Practices bill is a trans activist project. It serves two purposes; neither is about protecting the vulnerable. It will make criticising gender ideology riskier, & will create a compliance industry (useful given Stonewall's income drop)
#TUC Motion 17 commits 5.3 million union members to campaign for gender self-declaration, reversing a Supreme Court ruling on women's sex-based rights. Refuges. Changing rooms. Prisons. Women-only spaces. All at stake. Yet the motion never once uses the word "woman". Ask your union rep why.
Read Motion 17 as many times as you like. Count every line, every clause, every one of its two hundred-odd words. You will not find the word “woman” anywhere in it. Not once. Not “women,” not “sex,” not “female,” not “girls.” A motion built entirely around reversing the practical effect of a Supreme Court judgment about the meaning of sex under British equality law manages, across five resolutions and four sub-clauses of condemnation, never to mention the people that judgment was about.
That is not an oversight. It is the whole story.

The GOP just ran this 2 minute 49 second video at their midterm convention today. Portions of this will likely play in TV markets in competitive elections around the country over the next few weeks.
This video is brought to you by the letter D, for Democrats, who, despite a handful of current nominees running in purple states who are willing to call men men and stand against pediatric sex rejecting procedures, are still largely voting in lock step to put boys and men in girls' locker rooms and to allow the state to take children from parents who reject this insanity.
The Republicans will have this as an issue to cudgel the Democrats for as long as that is the case. Many of the people featured in the clip are even publicly known to NOT be Republican voters or to be independent voters. Joe Rogan, Stephen A. Smith, Sophie Cunningham, Charles Barkley - none of them are actually on the record as Republican voters, but by publicly stating the most obvious thing in the world - men are not women and should not be walking around naked in women's locker rooms, they have aligned with Republicans on at least one issue and their quotes, taken entirely in context, are fair game to be used to beat the Democrats severely about the head and neck.
My liberal friends in the gender trenches seethe at this. I don't blame them, but until there are enough of them to actually break the lock that queer activists have on the Democratic party, the beatings will continue.
The mysogyny, homophobia, child abuse, regressive social beliefs, rolling back of gay rights, women's rights, scientific progress and safeguarding, propensity to sexual violence, psychological abuse, complete lack of empathy, the constant coercion, shaming and unrealistic expectations, the rape threats, death threats, legal threats and intimidation, the lack of self-awareness, the incessant projection, the demonising of normal beliefs, the hyperbole, the insistence that you are kind, while experimenting on children, gay people and vulnerable autistic people, the porn addiction, the forcing of that depravity on others, the indecent exposure, the gaslighting, aggression and DARVO, the uprooting of society to suit your every desire, the insidious way you took over governments, NGOs and charities, the racism, the appropriation, the childishness and the vanity, the narcissism, savagery, and condescension, the taking over of women's sports and leisure groups, the fetishisation of pregnancy and breastfeeding, the obsession with horrific body-horror surgery, and treating children as props in your quest to get pregnant, or have abortions, or lactate into their mouths, and your never-ending desperation to destroy all boundaries except your own, just to name a few.
The reason you can't let Trans Women compete in women's sport is that they are men.
The reason you can't let Trans Women into women's bathrooms, changing rooms, spas, shelters, or prisons is that they are men.
The reason you can't force people to use gender-based pronouns is that compulsory lying violates a right that everyone holds not to be coerced into saying things they don't believe.
The reason you can't chemically castrate and dismember confused children is that children can't consent to medicalized harm.
The reason gender medicine isn't medicine is that it's never been evidence-based and it's inherently self-harming.
The reason you can't teach children that any of them can change sex is that the claim is a lie.
The reason you can't build a civil rights movement out of people pretending to be something they are not is that "people pretending to be something they are not" is not an actual group, the group has never been oppressed (except by the binary and immutable nature of sex which is beyond the reach of any act of human self-determination), and there is no such thing as a duty to see someone as they see themselves or treat them as something other than what they are.
The whole thing has to be refused in its entirety.
My position is that gender dysphoria is a real, painful condition and that for some adults, the only way they may feel able to resolve that inner conflict is transition. If that’s the road they choose I wish them long life and happiness and I would vigorously oppose any discrimination against them when it comes to employment, housing or voting rights.
I do not believe children have the capacity to consent to treatments that may leave them infertile and, in some cases, anorgasmic. Multiple studies have shown that gender dysphoria in childhood and adolescence is not uncommon, for gay kids particularly, but it also occurs in, for example, straight girls who hate the idea of becoming women and sometimes, tragically, in children who’ve been abused. The available evidence shows that in the majority of cases, gender dysphoria resolves after the person has gone through adolescence. I am strongly opposed to the experimental treatment of blocking puberty in dysphoric children. I believe trans activists have behaved hugely unethically and irresponsibly in pretending that there is good evidence that these treatments are beneficial (there isn’t), that puberty blockers are completely reversible (there is a mounting body of evidence to suggest they aren’t) or that children are likely to kill themselves if denied blockers (there is no evidence to support this and suicide prevention charities warn against making such statements, due to the very real danger of suicide contagion.)
Of course, not all trans-identified people are dysphoric. Erotic transvestism, also known as autogynephilia, (getting a sexual thrill out of dressing as/pretending to be a woman) has been around for a very long time. I believe lesbians are entitled to exclude straight, cross-dressing men from their dating pools without being accused of bigotry and worse (same goes for gay men with trans-identified women). It’s profoundly homophobic to attack gay people for being same-sex attracted.
I don’t believe anyone, adult or child, is ‘born in the wrong body.’ That is an unfalsifiable, quasi-religious belief. A person may *feel* as if they’re in the wrong body, but humans cannot literally change sex. However they identify, men don’t belong in the single-sex spaces for which women fought so hard.
I've never done this before, but I'm struggling at the moment, and in the thick of it. There are reasons I can't talk about it, some are legal, but personally I know there are crazy people who want to see me suffer.
If you think that the writing I've done for the past four years - especially all of my exclusives about the prison system and the history of gender identity ideology has been valuable, or helped you in some way, it would be very much appreciated if you can spare just $5.
Everything I've written since 2022, building up the body of writing and evidence I have - which has been used in court cases, by Attorney Generals in lawsuits, and especially in a Supreme Court case - I've just been doing on the basis of donations.
I don't make much money for the work I do because I consider my writing to be a public service and I would feel ashamed otherwise.
I've never used a paywall. But, because of that, I'm not making very much at all, despite having dedicated years of my life - and, if I can be bold, important contributions - to this conversation.
I have worked hard, written hundreds of articles over the past four years, many of them exclusives, and I'm not funded by any think tank, just by readers who appreciate having more information.
If you're able to just give a few dollars right now, it goes towards my cost of living and some of the lawsuits I'm engaged in that I can't talk about yet.

I lurk in about 400 groups for “trans women”. These are straight men who have a humiliation/feminisation fetish, and the most humiliating role is to be a submissive woman. It’s purely sexual. They start small and eventually “venture out dressed” and post photos and details about it for wanks. They almost always have one very specific pose or place or piece of clothing or gesture or situation that they reenact over and over again. They take thousands of pictures of themselves and share with other men in the groups. The “being seen” part is central. They begin to realise the most degrading thing would be to be bent over and fucked by a man. This is the ultimate submission. And what tends to happen is that this occasional hobby pulls them in, much like a gambling addiction, and they realise they can’t stop. They take risks. They might meet up and fuck each other. The fantasy deepens. They begin to feel bad and don’t understand why they can’t give it up. They purge all their gear but it emerges stronger each time. They keep pushing further and further. Going into more public situations, coming back to the groups to talk about how daring and exciting it was. But they begin to have difficulty reconciling this deep addiction with their regular life and family situation. Eventually, they begin to tell themselves a different story: the reason I’m “like this” is because I’ve always actually been a woman on the inside. I think this is to deal with the shame. They retrofit their past to suit this new telling. They stop purging and binging on clothes. They tell their wives they have always felt this way. They change their profile names and pictures. Meredith. Candy. Amy-Jane. They want their wives to “too” them. Wives won’t comply. They get divorced. They lose everything but they are momentarily euphoric. “This is who I’m meant to be.” But to make it work, every person, new and old, has to pretend along with them. You have to see a woman, not a creep. They don’t like feeling like creeps. So it’s very important everyone complies. One way to try to prove to themselves that they are not creeps is to join women’s groups and clubs. Get approval from the gals. To prove to themselves and to everyone. To their families. To have a story that makes them out to be brave women not perverted men. But people struggle to see the woman they want to be seen as. Every act of non-compliance shatters the growing, increasingly intense delusion. Depression creeps in. They get angry. The stakes are high. They try to erase their old life and start fresh, they clean up their profiles and admonish any trans woman doing thirsty posts in support groups (but sometimes they forget to leave the fetish groups so you can usually track when this change happens). In every group, they are all at different stages: “John” still trying on his wife’s nylons, “Amber” going to Tescos after dark fully “dressed”, “Meredith” high as a kite because the girls at the nightclub complemented his mini skirt in the women’s toilets, “Cindy” logging in after a work picnic ranting about the colleague who won’t comply.
It was during lockdown that a lot of these men started dressing at home full-time. Then they ventured out on the empty streets. The rest is history.
If you know the background, it’s hard to see them as anything other than disrespectful narcissists. There are autogynephiles who don’t indulge of course - but almost by its nature autogynephilia is a disdain for women - the most worthless people in the world.
In a liberal society it’s hard to know what to do about this situation. I would never be abusive or doxx anyone’s kids. But I would make sure never to comply with the delusion, and once this era of forced compliance is over, when we are free to talk about what “trans woman” actually means, I doubt many other people will either. The men will get the message that it’s not worth it. But right now they are being invited by society to indulge in their own destruction.
Female means possessing the reproductive system that produces eggs instead of sperm. It is irrelevant whether said system is defective, immature or surgically altered.
I just described every female on earth.
There is an ideological battle taking place over the meaning of sex and womanhood, and it has real-world consequences. Some of the loudest activists demanding that women accept new definitions of themselves are male, backed by allies who too often treat dissent as bigotry and boundaries as hatred. When intimidation, threats or the celebration of violence enter that argument, men of conscience should not stand aside and leave women to defend their sex-based rights alone.
A woman does not need an ideological prefix. “Cis” is a political label imposed on women to make room for men inside the category of womanhood. Be very wary when people start changing the language, because once they control the definition of “woman”, they start controlling which rights belong to women too.

Tremaine “Tremayne” Deon Carroll was convicted of armed robbery and the sexual assault of two women during the course of that robbery.
He was then housed in a women's CA prison because he "identified as a woman." He then raped an inmate in the women's prison.
To all the people shrieking that @EnesFreedom is doing a 'bit'... was this guy doing a bit when he was housed in a women's prison, already convicted of sexually assaulting two women? Was he "authentic" in his belief that he is a woman? Was he trying hard enough to look like a woman such that he should be taken seriously as "trans"?
All men who say they are women are pretending. It's all a bit.
If you all accept Carroll as a woman, you must accept Enes as one too. You made the rules. Enes is just playing by them. #LetEnesPlayWNBA

So many things wrong with his arguments.
1. This is an issue that affects every single female athlete who plays sports. If you allow males into girls'/women's sport, you do not actually have women's sport any longer. What you have are mixed sports where at any moment, in any league, a male could decide to join if he would like. Fairness for every athlete in those leagues then rests entirely on the whims of a boy or man.
2. Even "just one" athlete affects hundreds if not thousands of people. They affect every athlete in the league they play on, every athlete in the competitions they enter. These boys play in multiple sports on multiple teams. They affect hundreds of girls.
Boys at the high school level in the USA have displaced at least 2,949 top three medals. That does not include the girls outside the top three they have displaced. It does not include the girls they have displaced in national or state rankings.
Girls have been injured. They have had other awards stolen, like MVP and All-Conference honors. They have had their privacy violated.
3. Males do not need to play on girls' teams in order to benefit from sport. This is an utterly ridiculous claim that we can see with our own eyes is false. Men like Will "Lia" Thomas, Craig "CeCe" Telfer, Gavin "Laurel" Hubbard, etc. all played sports on boys' teams as youth. They had no issues. Thomas has even talked about how much it meant to him.
We can see boys who currently identify as "girls" on boys' teams, and they have no issue. "Kylie" Arnot won three state championship boys' diving medals. "Lorelei" Barrett switched back to the boys' team at his school without issue. Carlos "Carolyn" Maldonado played on a boys' club volleyball team at the same time he played girls' lacrosse.
Boys' have been banned from girls' sports in 29 states and there have been no issues there. The fear that it will suddenly disrupt life for them in the remaining states is simply unfounded.
4. Fears over "genital inspections" are also unfounded, and if one is still talking about them at this point, it's simply ignorant.
Again, there are now female only sports in 29 states and there has not been a single report of these supposed "genital inspections." Sex tests only require a cheek swab. Original birth certificates can be required. All students must get physicals prior to participation in school sport.
Boys are already, quite literally, required to have a genital inspection (known as the "turn and cough test") where they are checked for hernias.
5. "When you're a kid I'm gonna protect you."
He's only protecting the male kids here, certainly not the female. Boys need boundaries, not men like this teaching them they can do whatever they want at the expense of girls or that they will get their way if they threaten suicide.
There are no harms involved in telling a boy "no." This man is willing to sacrifice the hopes and dreams of every single female athlete just so a single boy can get his rocks off and can have his fantasies "validated."

If you don’t think he’s a woman, you’re transphobic. When he claimed to be a woman, he became a woman. He now belongs in women’s changing rooms, bathrooms, hospital wards, prison cells and rape support centres.
If you try and differentiate between him and a trans woman who looks more convincing as a woman, you are promoting patriarchal beauty norms. If you admit to seeing an aggressive and possibly unbalanced man in this video, you’re saying all trans people are mentally ill predators. If you refuse to let him into female-only spaces, you’re removing his right to exist. If you suggest he could comfortably use male facilities, you secretly want him assaulted. If you refuse to call him ‘she’, you are guilty of unpardonable cruelty. If you’re a woman who wouldn’t want to share a locker room with him, or a man who wouldn’t want your daughter, sister or mother to get undressed in close proximity to him, you belong to the far-right. If you point out that there is no objective difference between his claim to be a woman and that of any other biological male claiming a trans identity, you are too stupid to understand the circular arguments explaining why he’s not really trans whereas other men who say they’re women are really trans.
If you’re righteous, you must argue that this man’s self-declared identity overrides any consideration of the safety and rights of females. To be godly, you must agree he’s as ‘valid’ as every other trans woman, because people are who they say they are. No matter what your eyes, ears and common sense are telling you, if you don’t want to end up on the wrong side of history, you must pretend to believe that this angry, intimidating man is actually a vulnerable, oppressed woman.
This is the bit I don’t get.
I’d expect you to disagree with people who have a different opinion than you.
You’re a campaigner, I’m hardly expecting you to start agreeing with the other side.
What I don’t get is pretending the other side doesn’t even exist.
Barbie Kardashian and Isla Bryson exist. Detransitioners exist. Women asking for single-sex spaces exist. Gays who don’t want anything to do with the TQ exist.
As someone who claims to be an ally and a feminist I would expect much more from you than to dismiss all these concerns just because they don’t align with your worldview.
The reality is, countless gays and women have suffered here, otherwise there wouldn’t be any LGB groups or campaigners like @ni_wrn.
You can argue with every one of us if you want. That’s what debate is.
But saying we’re “inventing problems that don’t exist” is just pretending your opposition isn’t there.
Pretending the debate is imaginary because it’s more convenient doesn’t make it disappear.

Sir, your friend was absolutely right.
Why is Amnesty’s position on “trans rights” so inconsistent and shoddy?
I think it is because it isn’t really a properly constituted institutional position.
You don’t destroy the ability to debate publicly until you have already destroyed the ability to debate internally.
This is how Amnesty described the development of its position on gender self ID in 2018. They asked Stonewall and Mermaids and “trans children”
