"The root cause of teenage pregnancy includes high levels of poverty, cultural beliefs, and child neglect by some parents," says Hon. Peace. She added that parents ought to know that they play a big role in fighting the vice of teenage pregnancy since it is some parents who send children into early marriages. She also says that there should be economic empowerment initiatives to empower young girls. #YouthParliamentUG

Hon. Willy throws more light on the meaning of quality education saying that it involves three concepts that is, the content being taught, methods of delivery, and the product. He urges government to improve funding in UPE and USE schools to ensure provision of learning and teaching materials.
