I would argue that we wouldn’t be living in the America we have today, if 535 Congress members voted ONLY for the Constitution, ALWAYS.

That way EVERYBODY is on the same time zone

Matters not whether the sun sets at 1800 or 0600…everyone on the same time world-wide would eliminate missed connections due to timezone mistakes
