@Sian_Birtchnall @helptobuy No luck. I tried calling for 4 hours yesterday and 2 hours so far today and can’t get through. I’m worrying we are going to loose our dream home as the seller had 6 week deadline and I’m 5 weeks in chasing. It’s the only but holding up our chain.

@helptobuy was told we would have redemption figure last Wednesday. Never came. After hours on phone and being cut off. Spoke to Lisa who promised a call back today and had nothing yet. This is beyond ridiculous. We just need the redemption!!!

@Brads10 It’s so ridiculous. I was even looking to see if they had jobs just to get it sorted and then leave as probably be quicker😂. At a loss of what to do now

@Brads10 @jones_mcnamara @helptobuy It’s so frustrating isn’t it. Everyone else in our chain is ready to go it’s just this now. The people were buying from will potentially lose their new build plot if it’s not sorted!

@helptobuy please contact me. We emailed 3 weeks ago. I spoke to someone Saturday they said we would have the redemption figure Wednesday. We are on a tight deadline of 6 weeks and we’re on week 4 now. We will loose the property if we don’t get this sorted.

@helptobuy Please can someone help. I was on the phone all day yesterday no answer cut off after each hour and a similar thing today. I need the redemption I can’t complete without it.
