@peacoc85272 @jones_mcnamara @helptobuy Same here too! I was told yesterday that I would definitely receive my redemption statement by the end of that day. Still yet to receive it and stuck on endless hold trying to get through to them!

@helptobuy I managed to somehow get through earlier and have been told that the EWS1 form needs to be less than six months old!! Surely that can't be right!! Waiting on hold again as desperately trying to get my redemption letter.

@ayles_hannah @helptobuy I have made a small amount of progress to. Have you got your redemption statement now? Did you need to provide an EWS1 form btw? As I have and been told earlier that the form needs to be six months or less which surely can't be right!!
