@MartinSLewis I have been trying to contact help to buy helpline since last week to get an up to date redemption statement to allow me to exchange on my sale and purchase - emails unanswered and when you ring, you are on hold for 1hr 1 min and then you get cut off #pleasehelp

@MyBabiie bought a pushchair of yours for in august this year and the safety bar at the front has got a screw missing and only fixes in one side now so pointless and dangerous. can you send a screw or a replacement bar?

@mamasandpapas went to Milton Keynes store to buy a play mat and foldable Moses basket stand - both were in stock but told they had to be delivered to my home?? Seems a little ridiculous to me! What’s the point of having a shop when I could just order online?

@WayfairUK hi ordered a unit on 6/5 email received saying it had been shipped on 7/5 with delivery date 13/5 then received an email on 11/5 saying item delayed due 5/6 now website saying out of stock until July???
