Here is the current need- Please bring laundry baskets to Jennings Creek Elementary School. This will be a blessing to families who are trying to gather and store belongings! @joeimel@WarrenCoSchools
I'm helping conduct a #research#study on the effects of employees having the opportunity to share input in the workplace.
This anonymous survey should take about 10-12 minutes and will be available through 8/9/2021.

I’m choosing WKU for its one-of-a-kind Chinese flagship program, location, & the amazing opportunities it has for me! I'm super into rock climbing, mountain biking & adventures. I can't wait to make new friends!
Meet #WKU2025!
Name: Stonnie Jones
Hometown: Louisville, KY
Major: Management/Business
I’m choosing WKU because I did research on my major, and when visiting campus, it felt like I belonged there.
Caboodles and fanny packs are being advertised to me on social media. Please tell me I can buy my kid a real old school Trapper Keeper soon because that would basically make his life and mine. #nerds
I learned more in that month than I’ve probably ever learned in my entire life and this continually escalating situation of erosion of freedoms in such a beautiful country full of such beautiful and hospitable people saddens me more than I can express.
In 2009, I was fortunate enough to spend about a month at St. Istvan University in Godollo, Hungary. It was beautiful, the people were SO kind, and the university was a fantastic place to be. People there, even then, were still haunted by 1956.
Cutting Hungary’s aid would be hard. The European Commission has been dragging its feet on establishing guidelines for doing so https://t.co/ASpyB5Czud
They know what these kinds of policies for universities mean for academics, especially any who dares to speak out. And I fear that those fears in the back of their minds, will just continue to be validated.
As an experiment, I gave Booker half of a brownie bite before leaving for the sitter’s this morning. The conversation ground we covered in 15min:
- Him flying a helicopter
- Him jumping out of an airplane
- Him destroying the universe
- How much he loves me
- Him with a jet pack.
At the top of dumb things I did today was let our 5yo watch the video for Thriller 🤦♀️. Turns out his love of dance is entirely shadowed by his fear of zombies.
