🚨Now I drop the bombshells I promised: Remember when Lt General Mkhwanazi told Parliament ad hoc committee that there are police officers who leaked confidential SAPS information to DA Member of Parliament Diane Kohler Barnard & Paul O Sullivan to get former SAPS Commissioner General Phahlane fired.

But Lt General Mkhwanazi wasn't sure who these police officers were who were leaking the confidential SAPS information, well I know who leaked the confidential SAPS information to Diane Kohler Barnard & Paul O Sullivan.

It's the police officer themselves who revealed that they were leaking confidential SAPS information to Diane Kohler Barnard & Paul O Sullivan. It was Brigadier Sandragesan Moonsamy who revealed he was leaking confidential SAPS information to Diane Kohler Barnard & Paul O Sullivan.

Brigadier Moonsamy told two individuals I won't name to protect their safety, but Brigadier Moonsamy revealed he was leaking confidential SAPS information, during an investigation he was deployed to by the SAPS Eastern Cape Provincial Criminal Record & Crime Scene Management.

Brigadier Moonsamy was deployed to commission an affidavit in the investigation into the Keating Cartel, & while commissioning this affidavit, Brigadier Moonsamy revealed he was the one who was leaking confidential SAPS information to Diane Kohler Barnard & Paul O Sullivan.

This affidavit that Brigadier Moonsamy commissioned was then sent to IDAC boss Andrea Johnson, but Andrea Johnson covered the whole case up. I will be exposing more about the cover up with proof, but the sworn statement stating that Brigadier Moonsamy confessed to leaking confidential SAPS information has been submitted to the Madlanga Commission.

I will be publishing a series of articles on this whole Keating Cartel looting of SAPS & all senior law enforcement officials responsible for the cover up, including more on Andrea Johnson, with accompanying proof including her personal confidential emails.

Limpopo Premier Dr Phophi Ramathuba has warned women in leadership positions to be cautious about allowing their younger romantic partners, commonly referred to as "Ben 10s", to influence their personal lives and leadership decisions.

Speaking during the official handover of a newly built house to the family of conjoined twins in Lulekani on Wednesday, Ramathuba said the downfall of many women in leadership positions is often linked to the influence of their "Ben 10" partners.

She urged women leaders to remain focused on their responsibilities and not allow personal relationships to interfere with their decision-making or public duties.

The way Adv Chaskalson pushed for those in-camera sessions showed that he has uncovered some really serious and important information, backed by a huge amount of evidence. He’s been working flat out to get everything ready and needed to put it on record on Tuesday so the Commission could authorise the big steps that need the Commissioners’ approval.That can only happen once the evidence is formally on record. So General Khan’s instructing attorney, Mohamed Valley, wanted to postpone the in-camera session until Khan gets better and is discharged from hospital. But Adv Chaskalson fought hard for it to go ahead the next day, on the 8th. The Commission agreed and allowed it to proceed even without Mr Valley .
Now that General Khan’s in-camera session has taken place, I think they’ve got the green light to go after everyone implicated in those chats. This could mean summoning their phones and possibly even making arrests soon. What we saw in the open sessions was just the tip of the iceberg the real stuff, the really sensitive material, surely will came out in that in-camera session. We're probably talking about extortions, kidnappings, serious plotting, killings, and the protection of those who did the killing. Also the information that was shared about whistleblowers , right up to who killed them. There are so many scary things sure in that close door session , including evidence of how the slash-fund account was abused.Adv Chaskalson wanted all of that on record so he could get approval to go after everyone involved. This man is going to destroy the whole cartel.
They also put on record what they found on Cat Matlala’s side from Khan’s gadgets. That way, when Matlala submits his affidavit in response to the Section 106 notice, the Commission can check how consistent it is with all the other evidence they’ve gathered. This should completely crash that dodgy, secret, fake admission. Even the courts seem to want to push it out, or they’re waiting for the Commission to give them more on Cat so they know exactly what to do moving forward on the 13th when he comes back .
It’s clear that the evidence from General Khan’s devices is really damning. I suspect we could see arrests very soon. As Adv Chaskalson explained, they did it in-camera to avoid tipping off the people under investigation, who might try to run or destroy evidence . It looks like even IDAC is about to witness something ,with Mr Matlala. If he doesn’t listen to his lawyers’ advice (assuming they gave him some), we’re going to see a functioning state in action.
