#Breaking: Contrary to what U.S. President #Trump stated, and despite claims by Islamic regime officials, including Araghchi, it now appears that the first detained protester, Erfan Soltani, who was scheduled to be executed on January 13, was in fact executed on that day.

His family has not been allowed to meet him and has received no information about his whereabouts. They believe the regime carried out his execution and is deliberately concealing the news, possibly to avoid provoking a reaction from U.S. President Trump.

W 2017 r. w Syrii 12-letnia dziewczynka została sprzedana za ok. 2 tys. dolarów jako „żona” 20-letniemu Wasimowi A., Syryjczykowi mieszkającemu w Essen. Transakcja została zaaranżowana przez jego starszego brata, 33-letniego Ahmada A., który w 2021 r. pojechał do Syrii, by znaleźć „młodą pannę młodą” dla brata.
Dziewczynka przyjechała do Niemiec z fałszywym świadectwem urodzenia, które opiewało jej wiek na 13 lat, co w Syrii pozwala na małżeństwo, ale nie w Niemczech. Traktowano ją jak niewolnicę: musiała służyć, gotować, sprzątać i świadczyć usługi seksualne. Była bita, duszona i wielokrotnie gwałcona. Sprawa wyszła na jaw w 2023 r., gdy dziewczynka zwierzyła się opiekunce socjalnej.
Dziś 15-latka mieszka w placówce opiekuńczej w Essen, przechodzi terapię psychologiczną, chodzi do szkoły, ale je powrót do Syrii jest wykluczony
W czerwcu 2024 r. sąd w Essen skazał Wasima A. na 5,5 roku więzienia wg kodeksu karnego dla nieletnich. Z kolei starszy brat, Ahmad A., został uniewinniony przed tego samego sędziego z zarzutu współudziału, bo nie udowodniono, że wiedział o prawdziwym wieku dziewczynki. Sam twierdził, że myślał, iż ma 13 lat.
Sędzia Volker Uhlenbrock podkreślił: „Kupno i sprzedaż nieletniej jako takiej nie jest karalne według niemieckiego kodeksu karnego – nie przewiduje takiej normy”. Niemieckie prawo karze za handel ludźmi (§232 kk), ale wymaga udowodnienia celu (np. wyzysk seksualny lub niewolnictwo).
