@IKEAUK help!!!!! IKEA cancelled my order and I’m massively out of pocket. Spoke to customer service that says I have to wait 14 days. I need my wardrobes tomorrow. I paid you yesterday and now the order has been cancelled. Why??????

@IKEAUKSupport had my order cancelled through no fault of my own and now can’t place another! Currently £125 out of pocket. Customer service, has been appalling, was on the phone for almost an hour to be told there’s nothing they can do, not even pass me on to a manager. 😢😢😢😢

@LumoTravel And no one can tell me what time I’ll be at Newcastle. Meetings had to be cancelled and might need to stay an extra day. Are you going to pay for my extra nights stay?

@LumoTravel Thanks Max. Frustrating is an understatement. No working toilets on the train and offered a hot drink but had to leave my belongings to get it which I don’t wan to do. Totally, totally unacceptable. Been up since 4am. No breakfast either. Now going south again!
