DC Statehood just got a big boost today.

POTUS ordered a mob to storm the Capitol to stop Congress from counting electoral votes.

Because DC isn’t a state, the mayor can’t order the DC Nat’l guard to do anything to restore order. Only the President can. Statehood fixes that.
