@EliCartan @Rythian47 @saeed_ilchi یه بار یک ریاضیدان از صحبتش با ولادمیر آرنولد بهم می‌گفت. آرنولد معروف بود به تولید کانجکچر ازش میپرسه چرا خودت اثبات نمی‌کنی آرنولد میگه اینها واسه جوونهایی که می‌خوان معروف شن من کارهای مهمتری دارم.

@EliCartan @Rythian47 @saeed_ilchi اثبات مهمترین ابزار ریاضیه نه مهمترین بخش ریاضی. همین نظریه خود شما روی نظریه بازنمایش جبرهای شبه‌ساده مثالش تقریبا هیچ اثبات سختی درش نیست ولی فهمی که بهش رسیدی ریاضی اصلیه🙃

Mathematician Shayan Oveis Gharan from @UW has won the 2026 Abacus Medal.

He contributed to the theory of algorithms, leading to a deeper understanding of spanning trees and matroid bases and improving the approximation of the metric traveling salesperson problem.

Oveis Gharan is also a Simons Investigator in Theoretical Computer Science.

@zharfamovahed حقیقتا خنده‌داره. داستایوفسکی واقعا درخشانه و نیازی به تایید هیچکس هم نداره. بنظرم یه خریتی در جامعه ایران بوجود اومده که اساسا هر چیز غیر غربی رو چپول می‌دونه و خرد.

بنظرم این کار اثباته و کار ریاضی درست توی فیزیک. واقعا همه ریسمانکارا اینجوری مینویسن؟

@AstringBstring توی ریسمان اساسا اثبات وجود نداره.
احتمالا می‌شه بحث کرد اثبات شاید غیر ممکن باشه ولی با هیچ استانداردی حتی بهترین مقالات ریسمان اثبات نیستند.
تجربه شخصیم هم بهم می‌گه اصلا ریسمان‌کارها(پدیدارشناسیش حتی)به فیزیک آزمایشگاهی ارزشی نمیذارن. بنظر یک خط از ویتن ارزشش بیشتر از طبیعته
