@EnelClientesBR, o nível do seu atendimento ao cliente é compatível com a qualidade do serviço, o que é péssima notícia nesse caso. Quase 18h sem energia, 3 previsões de atendimento não cumpridas (uma delas aparentemente fechada com uma mentira do técnico). Difícil não xingar.
