Well today I officially retired from Norfolk FRS. I would like to thank everyone I have worked with - locally, regionally, nationally and internationally especially those in the USAR & Marine Response community. I wish you all the very best in these testing times. Cheers
@DanRyan84 Well done Dan.....and in one hit!!! You gonna burn your clothes at Finisterre? ๐ณ. Iโm doing the French route both ways next year-canโt wait ๐

Awful footage of attack but hopefully quick โremove remove remove โaction will prevent long term injuries. Still more intervention advice needed for general public to heighten safe casualty care.
It can be hard to describe your location in an emergency. @what3words makes it simple. Help emergency services find you this summer by downloading the free what3words app: https://t.co/rjb9iPLkHr #Help999FindYou https://t.co/Ig2B4Juqav
After 30 years in the fire service West Norfolk says goodbye and thank you to station manager Bob Ayres https://t.co/I7cZ6udG5j. Going to miss working with this Legend. ๐. I have attended some of the most memorable incidents in my career with Bob.
Harry Leslie Smith's finest moment. His NHS speech reduced Labour's Health Secretary @AndyBurnhamGM, and others, to tears as he spoke of the dangers of leaving the Tories to run our health service.
