📚Happy #worldbookday2020!
Travel back to the 1890s and read about the concept of ‘literary prosthetics’ in the transatlantic production of Robert Louis Stevenson’s writing. Check out @peedieg's title here! https://t.co/oYhwwR5eT1

This woman is a complete hero, as courageous as she is persistent and persuasive. In years to come, when a free Palestinian state sits alongside Israel and Netanyahu sits in a cell in the Hague, she will no doubt be awarded the Nobel Prize she so deserves.
Very happy to have a new article in the 40th anniversary issue of @WasafiriMag on #futurisms.
Looking at the #paratextual infrastructures of the @commapress +100 series, I explore how these speculative anthologies work as formal experiments in futurity.

Not again! I have NOT given my permission to be used in political adverts. This is NOT an endorsement by me in any way. I maintain strict party neutrality and am unhappy at the weaponizing of my reputation in this way.
While this isn't as bad as the first terrible representation – which said it this about tax - there's still a misdirection. As I’ve already stated, in that private conversation I was referring to Labour hoping to make a positive change I’ve been campaigning for, but it didn’t want to lock it in the manifesto as it can’t promise to deliver.
NO party’s manifesto tells the full story. ALL parties have things they hope to do but that aren’t in manifestos – as they can’t guarantee to deliver. The idea that Labour is an outlier for that is preposterous.
please use this tactical voting website to find out how best to utilise your vote to push the Tories into third place on Thursday and change the balance of power in parliament for a generation. Spread the word! 8/8 https://t.co/pEptRxGreZ
Everyone knows Labour are going to win the election, but if you’re feeling like there’s no point in voting as the outcome is a foregone conclusion, I’d like to draw your attention to something really radical that is on offer tomorrow: 1/8
Since 2010, Liverpool has been battered by an austerity agenda that has had a shocking impact
For months we’ve been working on a special visual investigation to show what this has meant for the city and its people
This is Liverpool: Austerity City
