Leaders stand to gain more by bringing aboard someone who thinks and acts differently so that they both can grow/expand their minds! #DiscussDiversity

@PearsonDiverse A9 Social Media outlets, esp those used by tweens and young adults can either perpetuate or help irradiate inequality. This tool can set off a chain reaction in seconds that either floods the media with powerful messages of hope or hate. #DiscussDiversity

@PearsonDiverse A8 Males play a HUGE role- males and females must come together to challenge sexism, discrimination, etc, on the spot in the moment so that the perception changes from the ground up and so change starts now. Gender inequality=human issue! #HeforShe #DiscussDiversity

@PearsonDiverse A5 Unconscious bias, discriminatory thinking, &old school mentality lead to grooming men to take senior roles; perpetuation of the 1st in & last out mentality, lack of someone at home who supports a 60hr work week so that the woman can climb the ladder. #DiscussDiversity
