One of the most valuable results of design research is finding new questions. This benefit confuses and terrifies people who have built their reputation on appearing to always have the right answer at hand.
UK threw away 600,000 vaccine doses after they passed expiry date - a scandal- an absolute indecency and a warning for other wealthy countries sitting on stockpiles #Canadasharevaccinesnow https://t.co/IhspruWB4i
If your org doesn't know how to run meetings, it probably doesn't know how to build product either.
The requirements for both are the same:
- Shared understanding of desired impact
- Shared understanding of activities we believe will achieve it
- Crisp definition of scope
My wife (a pediatrician) is staying late tonight at work to give families a chance to get their kiddos vaccinated after hours.
I picked up a few things for her for when she gets home.
Hi Twitter. I need your help.
A few years ago, I had a freak accident that sent me into catastrophic kidney failure. I've been struggling to find a kidney donor ever since. I'm in dire need of a type O+/- kidney and ask that you please share my story.

What if hiring managers had to present a design team portfolio to candidates? It could give candidates the chance to see if they wanna contribute to the team's portfolio.

@GrabMY Thanks for following up. As mentioned in our DMs, even after calling the customer helpline, the resolution offered was simply 'don't worry, miss you will get your refund in 48 hours', when really all we want is an acknowledgement that action will be taken to improve.
My sister used @GrabMY#GrabExpress today to deliver important biz documents but an error in Grab meant 2 riders went to collect her documents and now her documents are nowhere to be found. Upon calling customer service, their reply is wait 48 hours and see". Not cool, @GrabMY.
Some of the most effective senior engineers are the ones who help others by teaching how they think about problems. At some point, your biggest contribution becomes explaining your mental model.
