@Terfs_R Michelle Blessent plead guilty to two 2023 sexual assault investigations, which involved victims under the age of 13. Sentenced consecutively to 42 years for Count 1 & 42 years for Count 2 - Predatory Sexual Assault. 3 years for Grooming. He is not eligible for parole until 2095.

She was on the phone and he thought he heard her call him gay. Kinda explains why she didn’t react at all, because she wasn’t paying attention to him or talking to him. He pled insanity.

@ilenej @jlc225 @cathyrusson Yes but no syringe was ever recovered. Sounds like jury believed his side of the story but held him accountable for the rock assault. He will serve 2 to time served probation but lose his medical license.

@ilenej @cathyrusson They never recovered the syringe, so the jury most likely only considered the rock assault not the push claim. They split the baby- he said, she said argument had some effect on their decision.

Everyday they watch the lawyers for the defense send them in and out of the jury box only to dance around rephrasing their questioning while admitting more testimony and misspeaking than the witnesses called to testify.

@JennsMess When I first saw this, I thought this guy was getting his 5 minutes of fame . He stated he lives 15 minutes away but yet he showed up to be interviewed??? He also laughed and smiled inappropriately during the interview. Might not make him a suspect but he was odd & out of place.
