A car belonging to one @RbrnJerry was stolen but later recovered by the police, the owner identified the car after the recovery and was requested to pay a particular sum of money which he paid.

Only at the time which he was supposed to take possession of the car, he was informed that the car had been sold by some police men right in the police station.

This matter deserves the attention it needs, we must not keep quiet at the face of this injustice.

Remember, today may be Mr. Oguji Jeremiah Onyebuchi, tomorrow it may be you or me.

Let's help a brother to get justice, this must not be allowed.

I just learned this morning that Bryan Eze qualified for the International Economics Olympiad in China to represent Nigeria, but the Ministry of Education said that there is no money to sponsor him.

They approached the Ebonyi State Government for support and the government said that they are not interested. So he missed it.

I became curious after he won the Sterling Bank National Online Maths Quiz yesterday.

#UPDATE ON YOUNG MAN FORCED INTO A CAR TRUNK BY POLICE OFFICERS FROM IMO STATE POLICE COMMAND.

The young man seen forced into the trunk of a vehicle by police officers attached to the Ihiagwa Divisional Headquarters has been identified as Princewill Chimaobi.

I just spoke with him while he was in police custody, and he recounted what happened.

According to Princewill, he left his house yesterday to charge his phone when police officers stormed the location and arrested him alongside several others. He said he questioned the officers about the reason for his arrest and resisted being taken away because he believed he had done nothing wrong.

He alleged that the officers then dragged him and forced him into the trunk of a tinted Toyota Camry.

Speaking to me in the presence of the police officers, Princewill maintained that nothing incriminating was found on him and that he had never been arrested before. He said this was the first time he had ever experienced being arrested by the police. The police told me they found nothing on him.

I expect @PoliceNG @PoliceNG_CRU @CspIniedu to issue a Press Release on this inhumane treatment against an innocent Nigerian. #Justice4Chimaobi

I believe Nigeria should seriously consider restoring fuel subsidy in a way that brings petrol back to around ₦100 per litre or as close as fiscally possible.

If a policy leaves millions of families unable to afford food, transport, healthcare, or keep their businesses alive, then it’s time to re-examine it.

Economic models mean little to a parent who can’t feed their children or a business owner shutting down because operating costs have become unbearable.

Policies should be judged not only by theory, but by how people actually live.

Leadership must be courageous enough to admit when a policy is causing widespread suffering and be willing to change course.

We condemn in the strongest terms the appearance of the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Tijani, at a partisan event promoting a particular candidate in the upcoming general election.

We understand that the rudderless APC-led administrations have no iota of respect for our institutions, but seeing a Commissioner of Police at a partisan event can only point to one thing: HE WILL BE BIASED in the discharge of his duties during the elections. We therefore demand that the @PoliceNG authorities immediately suspend and sanction the Commissioner of Police, CP Tijani.

We further demand:
- That the Police authorities make a firm commitment to playing a neutral role in the upcoming election.

- That the Police authorities protect voters and supporters of other candidates who are not members of the ruling party.

- That the Police ensure the safety of the lives and property of all voters, regardless of religion, ethnicity, or party affiliation.

Finally, we demand that the Lagos State Commissioner of Police tender his resignation immediately for denigrating the institution of the Police.
