Hoy el Consejo de Gobierno ha licitado las obras de construcción de las 83 apartamentos para jóvenes y mayores en la parcela de Riberas de Loiola que @DonostiakoUdala eligió y nos cedió en enero.

Las obras tendrán un coste de 17,6M€, comenzarán antes de fin de año y tendrán un plazo de ejecución de 24 meses.
