One of my biggest ongoing challenges in 10 years of being a diet coach has been to get my vegetarian clients adequate protein.
Given our population, we should easily be comparable to China in egg production. Unfortunately for billions of Indians however, while there are many protein-deficient countries, we are the only protein phobic one. If the deficiency in highly bioavailable protein were easily correctable using dal / lentils, that would be a relief but unfortunately, it is not.

@temporal3 Did a 4 month road trip in the states (28 states) in '19. What a beautiful country. If doing one in the states, should always drive west to east to keep the sun out of your eyes.

@wolfmomz I do road trips for fun. My fundae:
1) Don't drive at night
2) Automatic
3) No person should drive more than 5h/d
4) Rubber chappals are best shoes for driving
5) Cooler with ice for snacks / drinks
6) Early starts best, aim to get most of the driving done by 1600.
7) Have fun
