@MargieSunn53478@Sjacobs2020@DemzDeliver Maybe if the economy wasn't so terrible parents could feed their kids. I'm sure a billion $ ballroom is more important tho
@MoggedByTatum@LegionHoops I feel like it forces teams to use the trade market instead of sitting on their hands and hoping the draft makes them better. The wizards are poverty but still ended up trading for trae and AD. It's not impossible for poverty franchises to get better through other means
@avengethetruth@KingFuTv@saschitt@Mappy6984 You act like a child ๐คฃcan't even have a simple conversation. I think you need to take a break buddy. Id recommend some fresh air and some water
@avengethetruth@KingFuTv@saschitt@Mappy6984 Cayman Islands is a British territory. Also, I think it's fair to assume the original picture is taken in America because of the tipping culture. So I think speaking from an American POV actually applies better to the situation
@avengethetruth@KingFuTv@saschitt@Mappy6984 To be fair, I've only lived in America. Outside of America I've only been to the Cayman Islands. But every place I've been to unless you're in a resort and it's billed to your hotel room has been like this. Funny that you're getting defensive over silly bill talk tho
@avengethetruth@KingFuTv@saschitt@Mappy6984 When they bring you a check there isn't a line to write the tip. Only after you pay do they bring the receipt where you write your tip and sign it
@Defaultdevil2@midwest_it_girl I get it man. I will always advocate for house ownership. It's just hard for a lot of young people now. Much harder than it used to be. I don't see this going anywhere else so I'll just end it. Hope you have a good day and good luck finding a house man
@Defaultdevil2@midwest_it_girl 96k a year is 8k a month. 2k mortgage is exactly 25% on 8k. But 8k isn't the take-home pay. Taxes, insurance make that much less. That's assuming she makes avg. 30% down is 80k. It is incredibly hard to save that much in this day and age. Other bills make that much harder.
@Defaultdevil2@midwest_it_girl I will always advocate for people to buy over rent. I never never rented and bought my first house 3 years ago because of what you said. But younger people are being priced out purposely so they can get stuck in the never ending renting cycle. Houses are just way too expensive.
@Defaultdevil2@midwest_it_girl It's either 2k+ for mortgage and you have to struggle to make it cut for the rest of the bills and have enough money to about life, or 1300 for an apartment and you can actually have some spending money. I'm saying 1400ft isn't much bigger than a large apartment lol
@Defaultdevil2@midwest_it_girl Maybe she can afford it. She's still has to live with the realization that she spent 300k+ on a large apartment. She would be getting absolutely shafted
