A major milestone for Blockchain-on-Chip, now at Technology Readiness Level 6.

There’s a final, less technical reason why Minima fits naturally into the quantum discussion.

Quantum risk is, at its core, a sovereignty test.

Who holds the keys? Who verifies the chain? Who bears the blast radius when cryptographic assumptions shift?

Networks built on delegation will feel the shock higher up the pyramid and the weight will roll downhill.
