@GWRHelp Hi. I booked a trip from Temple Meads to London today on the 10.00 returning at 17.00 as 2 singles. I had to abandon at Chippenham due to the delays of over an hour as I missed my meeting in London. How do I get a refund for both legs please?

Hi @GWRHelp I’ve seen your notice re trains on Sunday between Paddington and Bristol Temple Meads.
Is it only Padd>TM affected or TM>Padd services as well? Bit confused by the announcement 🙃…it’s been a long week!

What on earth were @Channel4 thinking? I was really looking forward to the coverage with Alastair Campbell, Rory Stewart and Emily Maitlis, now we have fecking Dorries, Kwarteng and worst of all Widdicombe. Can’t watch this now.

@GWRHelp hi-why was the 22.03 pad-Bri left with JUST 5 coaches after the 4 services beforehand were cx? I am standing with no chance of getting to my reserved seat

@virginmedia Yes, but it has been saying that it will be fixed by 13.15 and 18.15 all day and we have no phone tv or internet. It says the phone should be working and it isn’t

Hi @virginmedia we have been without broadband all day on BS8 bristol. Can’t phone now the phone is through VOIP. Any idea when this will be fixed? 🤷‍♂️
