As many of you know I was very active on Twitter but 3 years ago at the age of 39 I had two strokes and my brain can longer cope with Twitter. I had to give up the best job in the world being a Met Traffic Officer
I have challenged myself to run a 1/2marathon for @diffstrokes
I'm fundraising for Different Strokes (Trustees) Limited. Check out my @JustGiving page and please donate if you can. Thank you! #JustGiving https://t.co/22agOGynjE
This week we laid to rest our devoted colleague PC John Fabrizi who passed away in January after contracting Covid-19.
We continue to send our thoughts to his extended family as we pause to thank him for his service.
May he rest in peace.
Hey guys 👋As many know I had two strokes at the age of 42 , this has had a life changing effect on my life making me unable to carry on being a Police officer. I had to leave Twitter as it was effecting my mental health as i was constantly reminded of what I couldn’t do now.
I was helped load by the Charity @diffstrokes they help young stroke survivors like myself and have been amazing so I have set myself a challenge a will be running/hobbling the London Landmarks Half Marathon.
If anyone is willing to sponsor me even a £1 would be awesome.
@karammander83 Or go to RTPC and look at doing a sideways move after a while. We have had non IRV move across that way but you need to be top draw for that to happen
