Had to stop reading the Southport evidence. Anyone who thinks Starmer or anyone else should have entertained doing anything that had the merest sliver of a chance of letting that sick psychopath avoid justice is deranged.

We are aware of social media posts online detailing the injuries sustained by the girls who died and those injured in the attack in Southport on 29 July 2024.

The families of the little girls specifically asked that those details not be reported.

The families of Bebe, Alice and Elsie and of all those affected in the tragedy have faced unimaginable grief and trauma in the months since the attacks, and do not need their suffering compounded by reckless posts on social media.

Please do not post or share detailed accounts of the injuries they sustained.

The Letby case is absolutely shocking and sickening. Unfortunately I’m not surprised about senior managers failing to act with regards to concerns that were raised. Early on in my nursing career I raised concerns regarding a senior member of staff.

Their action was to wait and watch and then move the member of staff into a different team. Then move me! That last trust I worked for were thankfully more pro active in dealing with concerns but I still think there is a shocking culture in NHS of not dealing with concerns.

Referred a patient to them I’d seen just before the Christmas weekend, they’ve looked after the patient all through the holiday period

Wow! Just listened to the #FullDisclosure podcast with @FigenMurray @mrjamesob. What an inspirational woman! It had me crying and laughing. Gut wrenching and heartwarming! A lesson for all in grief, compassion and forgiveness! ❤️

So 8 weeks into returning to community nursing after 7 years following a life changing accident. Have I made the right choice? 100%. Especially when I have the support of a great team and manager. ❤️@Mersey_Care
